The Secretariat of COVID-19 GlenGaze MUN 2020 will scrupulously enforce the following Code of Conduct: :
All the delegates are required to respect the sanctity of Zoom/ Google Meet meeting rooms. The chats should be positive and should only be related to the on-going MUN event. Further information will be passed on through WhatsApp.
No flaming or personal attacks on an individual or country position which means delegates should follow respectful language.
Courteous behaviour towards MUN moderators, advisers, and others who are assisting in the program. No use of ‘thumbs down’ or ‘frown faces’ in the chat box, unless prompted to do so by the Chair in response to audibility check purpose.
No use of music or other audio recordings during debate or sessions. There should be no use of graphics (photos, clip art, drawings) at any time unless approved in advance by MUN adviser or Chair.
No screen sharing should be done unless asked to do so by EB’s.
All chats, including private chats between delegates, is archived and can be made available to MUN Directors and Advisers on request.
It is the responsibility of all participants to know and abide by the laws of MUN. If they fail to abide by the Code of Conduct, it will result in a warning and possible suspension from MUN.
